• One (1) winner will be selected at random after the Sweepstakes has ended. The winner will be selected by the Sponsor from all valid submissions received through the Sponsor’s website at homeoutlet.com. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to end the Sweepstakes at any time. Prizes must be picked up at the store location where the prize was awarded.

• Prize: One (1) $5,000 Home Outlet gift card to be awarded at the Home Outlet Omaha, NE location only. Limit one (1) entry per person.

• By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to use your submission, including your name and likeness, without restriction.

• By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to receive future email communications and promotional materials from Sponsor. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

• No purchase necessary. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

• The winner must acknowledge and respond to notification within three (3) days, or Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

This Sweepstakes is intended for promotional purposes only and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, or misdirected entries.

 

Sponsor: E.C. Barton & Company d/b/a Barton’s Home Outlet (“Sponsor”) administers this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Any questions regarding the promotion should be directed to the Sponsor.

 

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri who reside within 120 miles of the Omaha, NE Home Outlet location and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, former employees, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

 

Time Period: The Sweepstakes begins when publicly announced and ends on August 15, 2026. All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes period to be eligible.

 

How to Enter: To enter, complete the registration form available via the QR code or at the official Home Outlet website. All required fields must be completed to qualify. Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

 

Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Sweepstakes ends. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Once notified, the winner must claim the prize within three (3) days, or the prize may be forfeited.

Limit one (1) prize per entrant. Non-winning entries will not carry forward to future sweepstakes.

 

Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) $5,000 Home Outlet gift card. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to the release of the prize. Failure to return a completed W-9 within fourteen (14) days of the request will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the prize value in the applicable tax year, as required by law. No prize will be awarded until all required tax documentation has been received and verified by Sponsor.

 

Additional Limitations: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Disputes: All disputes related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Arkansas and handled exclusively in its courts. By entering, participants waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually, without class action.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Miscellaneous: If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Registration is required to enter.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
