For those who desire the convenience, we offer home delivery in select markets for most of our products whether purchased on our website or in-store. Delivery is available within a 30 mile radius of Home Outlet store locations. Customer's address will be validated during checkout for online orders. Flat rate delivery fees are $149.99 for the first 4 pallets. Delivery of additional pallets is available at a rate of $49.99 per pallet.


A Home Outlet representative will contact you if your order is going to require additional pallets & costs. After your purchase is complete, a Home Outlet or delivery company representactive will contact you to arrange your delivery.

 

Please Note: Cancellation fees may apply if not cancelled the day prior to scheduled delivery.

• Delivery is available within a 30 mile radius of Home Outlet store locations.
• Customer's address will be validated during checkout for online orders.

• After your purchase is complete, a Home Outlet or delivery company representative will contact you to arrange your delivery.
• Merchandise will be delivered to the closest porch, garage, or other dry area available without crossing the customer’s threshold.
• Customer’s driveway / delivery area must be of low grade and smooth surface and suitable for a pallet jack.
• Customers are encouraged to provide mobile phone numbers for easier delivery setup and updates.
• Customers are encouraged to wait until their delivery is complete to schedule any installations.
• Missed deliveries will incur re-delivery fees equal to original delivery fees.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to product returns for reasons other than damaged merchandise.
• Customers should inspect and count all merchandise delivered and notate any shortages or damages immediately and prior to the delivery driver's departure.
• Any shortages or damages should also be reported to the selling Home Outlet store location within 24 hours of delivery.
• Deliveries including special order merchandise may take longer than the stated two business days, subject to product lead times.
• Home Outlet reserves the right to fulfill delivery via 3rd party delivery services of the company's choosing.
