Local Delivery (Available In-Store Only)
Local delivery is no longer available for orders placed on our website. However, local delivery options may still be available for purchases made directly through your local Home Outlet store. We continue to offer nationwide shipping on all eligible online orders.
To check availability, pricing, and scheduling for local delivery, please contact or visit your nearest store. Store associates will be happy to assist you with delivery options in your area.
Important Notes:
- Local delivery availability, pricing, and service area may vary by store.
- Delivery arrangements must be made in-store at the time of purchase.
- All delivery services are coordinated directly through the store location.
Products Not Eligible for Local Delivery:
- Countertops measuring 10 feet or longer
- Door units 60 inches or wider
- Rolled flooring products (e.g., carpet, roll vinyl flooring)
- Vanities and vanity tops 72 inches or wider
- Windows 70 inches or wider

Nationwide Shipping
Home Outlet offers shipping across the continental United States for most standard-sized and non-fragile products. However, certain products are excluded from nationwide shipping due to size, weight, or high risk of damage in transit.
Products Not Eligible for Nationwide Shipping:
- Windows of any size
- Doors over 36 inches wide
- Interior Doors
- Vanity tops
- Bathtubs, shower surrounds, and shower Doors
- Any other items deemed fragile, oversize, or otherwise unsuitable for standard freight
Products Eligible for Nationwide Shipping:
To identify whether or not an item can be shipped using our nationwide program, please look for this icon under product images.
Important Notes:
- Home Outlet reserves the right to cancel or modify any order containing items that are ineligible for nationwide shipping
- If your order contains an ineligible item, you will be contacted with alternative options, such as local pickup, substitution, or cancellation
- Nationwide shipping is fulfilled by third-party freight carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days.
How to switch your delivery method to nationwide shipping:
Switching your delivery method will filter down our products that are eligible to be shipped. Please make sure that your delivery method is set to Nationwide Shipping. See video below for more help.
Damage & Liability Disclaimer
Home Outlet takes commercially reasonable precautions to ensure all shipped products are adequately packaged and protected. However, we are not liable for any damages, defects, or losses that occur during transit via nationwide shipping.
- Risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon release of the merchandise to the carrier.
- Customers are advised to inspect all deliveries upon receipt and note any damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Any claims for shipping-related damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
- For fragile or high-risk items, we strongly recommend choosing Local Delivery (if available) or In-Store Pickup.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and suitable for delivery (including surface grade and space).
- You must provide accurate contact information for delivery coordination.
- You must be available to receive and inspect the delivery during the scheduled window.
- You are responsible for any re-delivery fees resulting from missed delivery attempts.
- You agree to follow all required procedures for reporting damage, including timely notification and providing photographic evidence if requested.
Home Outlet's Rights
Home Outlet reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel delivery options at any time for any reason, including weather, safety concerns, or operational limitations
- Refuse to ship or deliver products that, in their sole discretion, are deemed unsafe, too fragile, or logistically impractical
- Substitute third-party carriers or logistics partners without prior notice.
